水果salsa 沾醬跟墨西哥薄餅 食譜

Annie’s Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

配料

1. 水果salsa 醬

  • 2 kiwis, peeled and diced (2個奇異果,去皮及切丁)
  • 2 Golden Delicious apples – peeled, cored and diced( 2個金冠蘋果-去皮,去心和切丁)
  • 8 ounces raspberries (8盎司覆盆子)
  • 1 pound strawberries (1磅草莓)
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar (2湯匙白糖)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar (1大湯匙紅糖)
  • 3 tablespoons fruit preserves, any flavor( 3湯匙水果果醬,任何口味)

2.薄脆餅

  • 10 (10 inch) flour tortillas (10 片( 10英寸)的墨西哥薄餅)
  • 2 cups cinnamon sugar (肉桂糖就是肉桂粉加點白糖)

簡易作法:
1. 水果salsa 醬:將所有的水果材料加進糖 跟果醬攪拌, 冷藏在冰箱中,至少15分鐘。

2.薄脆餅:烤箱預熱到350華氏度( 175攝氏度) 。將墨西哥薄脆餅一面塗上奶油或噴灑一層薄薄的食用油,切成楔形,並安排在烤盤上。

撒上肉桂糖後, 在烤箱預熱8至10分鐘。重複作法烤到金黃香脆,冷卻大約15分鐘。就可沾著水果salsa吃.

我覺得如果沒有墨西哥肉桂薄餅也可以用別的餅取代, 或是單獨吃水果salsa 也就很好吃了.

水果可以自己變化, 方便取得的就可以.

DIRECTIONS
  1. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix kiwis, Golden Delicious apples, raspberries, strawberries, white sugar, brown sugar and fruit preserves. Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  3. Coat one side of each flour tortilla with butter flavored cooking spray. Cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle wedges with desired amount of cinnamon sugar. Spray again with cooking spray.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven 8 to 10 minutes. Repeat with any remaining tortilla wedges. Allow to cool approximately 15 minutes. Serve with chilled fruit and spice mixture.
