配料
1. 水果salsa 醬
- 2 kiwis, peeled and diced (2個奇異果,去皮及切丁)
- 2 Golden Delicious apples – peeled, cored and diced( 2個金冠蘋果-去皮,去心和切丁)
- 8 ounces raspberries (8盎司覆盆子)
- 1 pound strawberries (1磅草莓)
- 2 tablespoons white sugar (2湯匙白糖)
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar (1大湯匙紅糖)
- 3 tablespoons fruit preserves, any flavor( 3湯匙水果果醬,任何口味)
2.薄脆餅
- 10 (10 inch) flour tortillas (10 片( 10英寸)的墨西哥薄餅)
- 2 cups cinnamon sugar (肉桂糖就是肉桂粉加點白糖)
簡易作法:
1. 水果salsa 醬:將所有的水果材料加進糖 跟果醬攪拌, 冷藏在冰箱中,至少15分鐘。
2.薄脆餅:烤箱預熱到350華氏度( 175攝氏度) 。將墨西哥薄脆餅一面塗上奶油或噴灑一層薄薄的食用油,切成楔形,並安排在烤盤上。
撒上肉桂糖後, 在烤箱預熱8至10分鐘。重複作法烤到金黃香脆,冷卻大約15分鐘。就可沾著水果salsa吃.
我覺得如果沒有墨西哥肉桂薄餅也可以用別的餅取代, 或是單獨吃水果salsa 也就很好吃了.
水果可以自己變化, 方便取得的就可以.

DIRECTIONS- In a large bowl, thoroughly mix kiwis, Golden Delicious apples, raspberries, strawberries, white sugar, brown sugar and fruit preserves. Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Coat one side of each flour tortilla with butter flavored cooking spray. Cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle wedges with desired amount of cinnamon sugar. Spray again with cooking spray.
- Bake in the preheated oven 8 to 10 minutes. Repeat with any remaining tortilla wedges. Allow to cool approximately 15 minutes. Serve with chilled fruit and spice mixture.
